About Intelligence Watch

Intelligence Watch is an independent think tank for sustainable development with a focus on environmental, economic and social issues. Through qualified analysis and research, future reconnaissance and public debate in these areas, and related interdisciplinary fields like urban planning, health, communication and diversity, the think tank contributes to a better Sweden and a better world.

Intelligence Watch develops thoughts for the future with a regional and national perspective with a global outlook. We bring a new perspective that allows us to increase the unifying force for a sustainable Sweden and a sustainable world. We use the power of ideas between people who today think and act by themselves.

The think tank is politically and religiously independent. To ensure control and independence from political organizations and individual companies Intelligence Watch operates as a public-private partnership with a large number of partners in a non-profit association that finances its operations through membership fees and exerts influence through the board and the annual meeting. The think tank draws on its three expert councils with leading researchers and experts in the focus areas of environment, economy and social issues. Intelligence Watch was founded in December 2015 by sixteen organizations with a common idea about the think tank as an engine for environmental, economic and social progress. The board is headquartered in Malmö. Operations are conducted in Skåne (Scania) and, from 2026, in Stockholm.
